I am looking to run R comps, either Hoosier's or Kuhmo V710's and trying to keep the price down a little because my wife and I run the car, we basically double the amount of track time a car sees in a given weekend.

Anybody have any suggestions for sticky street tires that I could run instead? I have the Goodyear F1's now, and i really dont find they offer the grip needed for a modded cooper s on the track.

Try Azenis 615s. Great track tire.

 

I ended up with those and a set of 5 spoke 17's. Not as light as my weds, but what the hay.
