Would anyone know a good name brand , also type of grease to re-grease the stainless rods that are with the Caliper stiffener kits.I don`t know the correct terms for the parts but I think my description is close enough

 

Use anti-seize. You can find a small tube of it at nearly any auto parts store like AutoZone.

I got these installed 3-4 months ago on mine. It does a good job! I did both front & rear brakes and it helps a bit on braking.

The main advantage is that it keeps your brake pads wearing even.

 

There Is Special Grease Just For Use On Caliper Pivots. It Is Called Synthetic Brake Caliper Grease And Made By Sta-lube. Should Be Avail. At Any Auto Parts Store. Try Kragen, Schuk, Checker, Autozone Or Napa. Hope This Helps.
