Tire Preparedness

I ordered the anthracite R99s with my new MINI, and was too cheap to ask for new, non-runflat tires as well, so they will be taking the runflats off and putting them on the R99s. Is this a mistake? I'm not sure whether to order 4 regular tires, an extra runflat which I hear are frequently not in stock when needed, or keep one of the S-lite rims with a regular tire on it for a backup.

Any suggestions to prevent being stranded someday???
