Does anyone out there have any experience/feedback on the Nitto NT-450 Extreme tires?

They look decent - but I always like any Mini specific feedback.

Perhaps you could provide some info on this brand. I am not familiar with it. Is there some advantage with this brand which makes you look at it? I live in Oregon, so "all weather" is kind of a first choice for me.

 

I was told by Discount Tire http://www.discounttiredirect.com/ that these are made by Toyo and are one of their hottest selling all-season performance tires. The price is really decent ($84 shipped/balanced) and they recommended it over the Kumho 712's and Yoko AVS 100s

Other than that, I have no data. I looked at some reviews online and most give 4-5 stars, with a couple 1 stars (this is usual for ANY tire in my research). I also like the 300 treadwear rating over the 280 of the Yoko and Kumho.
