Vibration on deceleration

Hi guys,
Situation:
Brand new 16" Avons on Kosei K1's installed last Friday. Very slight steering wheel vibration noticed at that time.

Since then, the steering wheel vibration has increased (today dramatically) especially on deceleration.

There is no difference in vibration if the car is out of gear or in gear.

When you accelerate the vibration becomes much less noticeable.

I would love to hear ideas from people in this group as towhat might be the cause. Separated tread? Come on and weigh in......

I apparently need to buy a torque wrench. The bolts were loose. I believe it would have been easier to determine with studs and lug nuts. That will be my next mod
