Help! Deep Scratch On Polished Lip

I have a small but deep scratch on a wheel with a polished lip - any suggestions on how to, if not fix it, at least hide it?

Get it repaired at a wheel repair shop.

It will cost less than 100$, and it'll be a story of the past.
