Hello I would like to get the Hankook rs-3 but not sure if I will have any issues.
I have R102 s-winder 16 inch. Unfortunately the rs-3 comes in 225/45R16.
225 is quite wide and I do not know the my rims are wide enough.
I have Tien s springs on jcw suspension.
I intend to hit a few track days. Any fitment or rubbing problems?

I don't see a 225/45/16 rs-3 on the Hankook website or on tirerack. But the closest thing I do see (225/50/16) is spec'd for 6-8" wheels. R102 are 6.5".

The 225/45/16s I see on tirerack are all spec'd for a 7-8.5" wheel.

I had 215/50/16 on 7" aftermarket wheels and they rubbed a good bit with the Mach V springs I had at the time.

 

hmm I guess I will have to look for a tire that has a width of less then 215 then.
