Can runflats be re-mounted?

Can runflat tires be taken off of a rim and remounted? or does that ruin them?

If you talk it to a place that sells them you should have no problem. I've done it for my rims at Goodyear and Discount Tire.
Runflats are just like any other tire just a lot thicker in the sidewall.
