Anyone running Team Dynamics Monza 16"

I don't know about a 16 by 7, but there is a Monza 16 by 6.5 that weighs 13.9 lbs -- perhaps those are the ones you are thinking about. Randy Webb of Webb Motorsports has them -- see this link:

Per the above link, they are 44 mm offset and available in silver ($155) and white ($165) -- are strong and light -- legal for any stock class in SCCA or BMWCCA. To run in these classes, you need a stock class wheel, which for 16s is 6.5 inches wide. Randy also has a 15 inch too, but it's 6.5 inches wide, whereas stock width is 5.5, so could not be used for autocross in a stock class. They weigh 12.25 lbs.
