Our S will be delivered in January and I've asked the dealer to swap the 16" V spokes (which I don't particularly like) with 16" 5 spokes that come w/the MC. I've read that maybe these wheels are a little heavier than the V spokes and I'm wondering where I can find all the vitals and details re: wheels, weight as well as info about the all-season run flats.
This is an aesthetic decision. I think the 5 spokes simply look better. Since I'm not a racer, I'm not too worried about the handling implications of this decision yet I'd like to be informed.
I assume the S will still be plenty of car!!
Any comments/ideas are appreciated.
Thanks ahead of time.

My MC came with the 5 spokes.
I felt the same way at first, preferring them to the V-spokes, but now that I have had my MC for about 6 months...
I have actually changed my mind. Now I am of the opinion that multi-spokes look better on the MINI! Personal preference change.

The V-spokes are not that much lighter, like 2 pounds, so you probably wouldn't notice much difference.
