Would you accept these? Zimmerman rotors arrived with virtually no padding. nothing and install or send back?

Last photo is the only cause for concern. I know that on certain types of composites like carbon ceramics, having an imperfection on the outside of the rotor makes it worthless but on standard steel It shouldn't be too big an issue.

Your call. It sounds like the real decision is whether having to deal with the return and waiting on a new pair is worth it to you.

If you can wait, contact the vendor and see if they will do anything for you.

Honestly, I would probably install, leave an honest review about the condition you received your product and never buy from that vendor again.
