Okay all you gear heads!

Need help here. My front tires need replacing. There seems to be good amount of thread left on rear.
What tires should I get.. I would like all season. I'm in Metro NY area. And should I get 4 new ones.. or just replace front tires? and do I move back to front and put new tires on the back?

4 new tires would always be best. If not, replace 2 with the exact same model and install them on the rear axle.
