Is this a factory/OEM wheel?

I'm considering buying a set of these commuter wheels for my 2004 MCS JCW. Seller states they are 16" and are factory/OEM wheels but I can't find any reference to that fact.

I did look at this guide but couldn't find it.

Does anyone recognize this wheel and know what brand it is if it is not factory?

Thanks
Rich

look at the casting info on the back of the RIM.....or sometimes the front near the hub....will list a country of origin...
MINI wheels are USUALLY from Poland (other eastern European countries too),Germany or Italy on gen1 cars from what I have seen... and usually say MINI or BMW...MY TWO set of OEM rims do...
going by looks is not useful....rims are often copied in CHINA or HongKong....and used as cheap replacements...they can looks pretty good...but sometimes fail pretty fast due to cheaper manufacturing techniques....

Found out more about the wheels. They are factory for Toyota and made in Italy. Not sure what model car and have a 45 offset. They have had 2mm removed to fit the 56.1 hub bore of a Mini and were previously removed from the same. I don't see an issue with that long as they fit the hub bore okay with my stock suspension. I am concerned about my stock lug bolts with the wheels but I'll fit them to my car to make sure. Any thoughts or is this a bad idea?

These are the wheels on a Mini, not my car.

Thanks
Rich
