Think I found my next wheels. Anyone have these and a picture to post?

Alex (@ tirerack) do these come in 16x 7.5 and 17x 7.5 in the correct offset for the MINI S and at the same cost. Why isn't this choice shown on the website when searching for MINI wheels?

When I go to search for rims for the MC I don't see the K1 Racing in anthracite. Lets assume that it comes in the same sizes as the silver and white finishes. If so then Alex can confirm:
15x7" from $129 each ,offset +38mm, 13.5 pounds 195/60-15 tire size
16x7.5" from $159 each,offset +43mm, 15 pounds 205/50-16 tire size
17x7.5" from $179 each,offset +45mm, 16.3 pounds 205/45-17 tire size

I am pretty sure this style is discontinued. I was looking at the anthracite vs. the white. when it decided to go with white. i was told it wasnt available in anthracite. but i couldve been given bad information, i'd give alex a call.

 

I've have some NEW silver K-1s, 7.5x16 et 43 with NEW Goodyear F1-GS D3s 205/50/16"s if you are interested. They cost me $1,262 from Tirerack to my door. One week old. I Going back to non runflat 17"s mounted on the Slites instead. I just prefer the look. You can have them for $1,000 plus S&H. Let me know if you are interested. BTW I weighed the 17" S-lites w/runflats (48#) vs. the 16" Koseis K-1s with tires (36#) thats 12% a corner less! You can feel it.

Anthacite was a finnish that Kosei used in a few sizes. Its been totaly discontinued. We have 3 of the 15x7 et 45 left - once those sell they will not be on the cite anymore. Sorry for the tease.

 

Great wheels! I had them on my Miata because they are some of the best budget lightweight wheels out there.

 

Let Kosei know that we are interested in that rim in anthracite.
It looks pretty nice. I wonder if the cost of having three colors or the cost of making them was too high. We could always just paint or powder coat a set of silver or white to whatever color we want.

Thanks for the update Alex. Too bad. The links to the anthracite version were disabled. I got the picture by substituting anthracite for white when I got the Kosei rim link. It did lead to an old page that showed there was silver white and anthracite at one time. Oh well.
