Load Index on '03 R53

Been doing some searching and I can't seem to figure out if an 83 is OK for a winter tire load index on my 03 r53 MCS (manual). I busted 2 tires and rims on a pothole and need to buy a whole new set. I was running two types of blizzaks and busted a front left and right rear. I don't plan on overloading my Mini so I don't really think it should be a problem but I wanted to see if other people have gone this route and/or know if it is a safe bet. I am throwing them on a 205 45 r17 oem wheel. Searching the forum was too inconclusive for me.

The tire I am looking at is a Dunlop Winter Sport M3 205/45R17 83H

Scratch that, the tires the guy was selling were for 16" rims and he mislabeled the posting. Back to the drawing board :/

Further research seems to say it shouldn't really be a problem though....

For street use 83 would have been ok.

Generally look at OEM MINI tires, load ratings about 84 to 87 are fine.
