Oh, and triple check that all your bolts are tight, and that there are no leaks. Our problem in the rear manifested itself as some light seepage at the bolt, and if we had slapped the new line on in a hurry w/o checking for leaks it is conceivable that we could have missed it.

Use this info at your own risk. Brakes are nothing to mess around with if you don't know what you are doing.

Anyone know the specific part# (or size) of the speed bleeders that will fit my 2005 MCS? Speedbleeder.com doesn't have a size listed for the MINI. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am after the thread size for the bleeders as well.

Ready to put on SS lines, a bushing kit, and do blue ATE.
This will complement the EBC rotors and pads.

My local speed shop has Russell speed bleeders, they have SIZE listed on the pack. The '05 application chart does not include MINI and BMW years end at "98

any help ???

MiniPilo might be able to help. They sell a set of speed bleeders on their site. I'm thinking of getting them when I switch to SS lines.

Give Speed Bleeder a land line . DO NOT chance getting the wrong part . The Lady at Speed Bleeders knows the part # if you get to talk with her , a super lady ,most helpfull indeed.
The # on my packets are SB 1010S-SS M10 X 1.0
Mine are the Stainless .Please buy Direct from Speedbleeder , You won`t be sorry you did .NO I am not associated with Speed Bleeder either.

This is a pic of the Original bleeder the NEW bleeder should be THIS SIZE .(note Thread length)Speed Bleeders anyone?-img_0042.jpg
