We dont clar SSr's thru customs, so there is an extra buffer on that eta. They may be available slightly sooner.

These wheels were delayed by customs getting into this country.

Most likely they will not be available for Nationals this week.

My deepest regrets, as I am continuing to persue the details.
(I just learned of the delay 30 minutes ago)

That is a nice looking wheel. Playing around with TTR's wheel selector showed the weight of the SSR Comp to be 9.3 lbs. (15x7) and 11 lbs (16x7). Do you have any numbers for the Comp R?

Alex,

I am considering getting a set of the comp R. I was unable to find the comp R on Tirerack's website. Is this the same as the 16x6.5 SSR Competition with Mach lip?

Is the factory V-spoke hub centric and if so is the SSR Comp R too?

I too am interested in when these new wheels would become available.
As you know, I have been emailing you back and forth about getting a set of the SSR Comps. As my MINI won't arrive until March, I think I'll wait a bit before ordering and see how this new model compares to the Comps.
