Quite the list of upgrades... good work! What wheels are those?
I ordered these mostly because budget and free shipping. Looks and weight were just gravy, 17lbs isn't "light" but it's lighter than my factory 16"s

Wheels
A 17 inch wheel that's lighter than a factory 16 inch wheel is better than gravy. Looks also a big plus, and it's a very good looking wheel on a Mini. Excellent find and buy!

Thanks for that link.

Only a few from what I've read. There's a decent amount of room between the caliper and the wheel with these. I'm almost 100% certain I'm going with Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R's. Just started ordering all the suspension parts yesterday.

So bought the 16x8 et33's and will be in next week, also installing the Megan euro II damper's next week
I like to get the car as low as possible but not a low rider not my thing just a great looking stance on R56.
Now the question what tiers do I go for not so much in with stretch but I like the wide look, I understand to get the stance I may have to sacrifice one for the other.
Thx
Ben

Sparco Assetto Gara

Sparco Assetto Gara
Size: 17x7.5 (O.E. Diameter)
Finish: Black Painted
Weight: 18.5 lbs.
Offset: 48mm

I am planning on purchasing this wheels for my Mini.
What tire size should I go with?

205/17/45 or 215/17/45 ?

What lowering springs you guys recommend also if I go that route too.

205/45/17 are oem. The 215/45/17 have a taller side wall. The 215 will flex more in the corners. Lowering the car you may want the lower profile tires so there would be some wheel gap.
