Already have mine ordered, going from 195/55/16 runflats to Continental Extreme Contact DW on R84 rims. You might notice a slight/major change in handling characteristics due to the runflats stiff sidewall. Keep your tire pressures up and take it easy as they need to break in.
I'm doing a major suspension switch at the same time so might not be able to comment on the tire handling alone.

I did, too. Conti DWS (205/50R16). I (heart) them. An all around multi-seasonal practical performance tire.
(Don't get me wrong, the RFs serve their purpose, just not mine. And they are not as bad as people make them out to be. Apples and oranges, as they say...)
Do it, you will not regret it.

I just changed from 195/55/16 runflats to 215/50/16 Dunlop Direzzas last week.
I also lowered the car with 1 inch Swift springs. As of now, the car drives much different, and I am not happy. I know there is a break in period so I am being patient, BUT my goal was to improve on already fantastic handling, NOT to lose performance.
Everyone hates runflats, however, for me, they simply handled much better. I am the minority, and will give it a chance but at this point I am not happy with my change.
Keep that in mind.
