Nice looking wheels and car!

Are you sure you want to admit to being that old to this group? (without admitting that I don't have room to talk)
LOL

If I had a number to match my date of birth irt would be single digit.

Very nice work Dennis. I have always admired your ride and it's just a Total Package. Everything contributes and nothing detracts

Just curious guys, you all seem to like the black rim stuff so I'll ask you. I've got an Indie Blue/White Cooper with the stock aerokit. I'm looking to get some 18 inch black rims just like the R90's. Does the aerokit have enough black in it to compensate for the black rims look not too out of place or should I think of another color to go with? Thanks

I don't know, I've seen a couple of mini's over in the SHOW ME YOUR RIMS section that had black rims. Very individual setup, I can't remember what page they were on but I thought just one guy showed them off and they didn't look half bad to me....sort of blended in with the black trim around the wheels.......Just curious for the input.

Just curious- what would/will your next ride be if/when you sell your MINI?

Black wheels are nice and practical, aren't they?
My MCS is on white wheels and they are nice while it's white....
I thought white wheels match white roof when I ordered and that was right,
but I need to clean them up every week, which is my habit, though.

Happy Motoring!

I'm amazed how much easier they are to keep clean.
They require...much...much.... less work.
Ii used to clean & polish my silver wheels..each and every day...
With these black ones....I 've been going a week now... and it's acceptable.
I wipe em down every so often.

Peace,
D

The new Z is killer. I had to wonder if you were considering an Elise...

I've not had the pleasure of seeing one... up front & personal...yet.
They kinda remind me of a "dune buggie".... on steriods

I'll hold my opinion.... until I get to see one....& hopefully drive one

Peace,
D
