Replacing one factory original wheel

If I replace one of the factory 16" bridge spoke wheels with a new one, can I just replace the rim and keep the old center plate and lug nuts? I heard some of the factory rims come with sensors and they would need to be transferred to the new rim if I change it. If I bring it to Sears would the people there be knowledgable enough to replace everything properly? I plan on buying from it from this shop from ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MINI-...item2eab2cbfd1

Depends on the month/year your car was built. Easy check is the valve stems. If they're metal, you need to transfer the TPMS to the new wheel. If rubber, your TPS is handled by the wheel sensor.
I would avoid Sears. If you have an America's Tire store nearby, they tend to know their stuff.

It is 2010 and the wheels are the 16" bridge spoke, which are pretty common I think.
