I run these on my 09 JCW pics above. I did trim the plastic fender arches just a smidge front and rear on the inside where you can't see it to gain some additional clearance. Note that my car is WAY lower than your car is on those springs. At higher levels less or no trimming may be needed.
The tires will not make the ride rough, it is labelled aggressive due to the need to trim the fender arches at lowered stances.
Hope that helps!

I'm just wondering, are Konig Feathers available in white with the red trim? I really like the look of the black but, the white looks better for my set up. The Twilights are O.K. but, too much time required to keep them clean. The Feathers (in white) would be just the ticket. I know I'm fussy, but you like what you like.

If you are really concerned about any chance of rubbing then the 215 options would be best. (Although the 235's look super hot!)

I am on coilovers about 2.5+ drop. So sport springs would be unlike to be an issue other than at extremes. You can also adjust camber settings to add clearance as well.

Mine are painted and any scarring on mine is contained to areas that can't be seen.
We may be making mountains out of molehills BTW

The only thing I modified was the inner lip of the plastic fender arches. If you have the black plastic versions, you can trim the hell out of them and if you worry when resale comes around, you can simply replace them. Cheap parts through the dealer too.

ok a few more questions...
Someone told me the 2010 MCS has different bolt size for the rims than previous versions, and that the Feathers might not work for my car (I have the 2010 MCS Camden)
That same person said 235/40/17 is bigger than what should go on a 17x7 rim (not wide enough) and the sides will probably bulge out. To fit 235/40 tires, the recommended rim should be at least 17x8. He suggested 215/45/70 tires for the 17x7.
Thought? (I know you have 235/40 on the 17x7 Feathers, so it can be done!)

[quote=ADAMSALTAMINI;3098334]Thanks for asking! I use the 17x7. A 225/40 would be just fine too. 225/45 is a bit tall though. There a few more photos on out Flickr Page Including those wheels on a few models. Feel free to click around.
Adam - any pics of the black and chrome illusions on a mini that you know of?
Thanks
