Lug question?

Hi, I just have a quick, maybe dumb, question. When running bigger, heavier, wheels which would be a safer choice, to run a stud conversion, or to just run tuner lug bolts? Im not sure why, but to me it seems that studs are a lot safer than running lug bolts. Any help would be appreciated!!
Thank You all!

Equally safe if you locktite red the studs in.
