I know there are places that fix/repair your wheels, but what about doing it yourself? I'm closing on a house soon and want to save every penny I can. Is there a silver paint anyone has found that matches the silver S-Lites? I believe MINI sells a factory clearcoat paint that I can apply afterwards. Can anyone confirm this? Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

I researched this a while back (07/2002)... and at that time there was NO touchup paint to match the silver s-lites. Some people said they used testor silver model paint... and were happy w/ it. I personally thought the color was not a good match.
I have a guy here D who will powder coat them for $40 each wheel.
Not a cheap way forward, but a way forward just the same .....is to use the s-lites as snow tire rims.

Peace,
D
