Does anyone know the best fitment for wheel spacers on a Mini Cooper?
10mm or 15mm... only purpose for them, is for my car to have an agressive stance/look.

I'd stay 10mm or less unless they are specificically engineered for your application, being hub centric.

You won't find anybody who's willing to make you a set of 10mm spacers for the MINI. The hub protusion (on the R56 at least) is 12mm, so the spacer will have to be either 8mm or 12mm in order to get good fitment.

Also the size you'll need will depend on your wheel size and offset.

rkiller691: To your first question, I agree with the others that you want to find spacers that are designed to maintain the "hub centric" design employed by MINI. Remember if you purchase spacers of much thickness you also have to get the longer wheel bolts to ensure that you will not have a wheel come off. I've got 16mm spacers on all 4 wheels of my '07 MCS and it does give the car a more aggressive "bull dog" appearance. I think the spacers do improve the cornering power but that is a "seat of the pants" opinion, I have no data to back it up. My stock wheels have an offset of 48mm and I have not experienced any problems due to the spacers to date.
