How much could i get for my OEM runflats

So thanks to the tire/wheel warranty i bought when i got the car i just had 2 new Dunlop run flats installed before i put on my snow tires. So the 2 rear tires have only 100-200 miles on them. My plan was to sell them to help pay for 4 new tires come spring time. How much could i get for these basically new tires? Should i sell them as a pair or split them up?

Right now i have Enkie rims with the Dunlaps, and the OEM rims have snow tires on them. When i turn the car in the dealer will want the OEM's back. By that time i will have put nearly 5 seasons on those tires. They will still have plenty of life left in them, but on the next mini I could order it with 16" wheels and All-Season. Another option. Order my next mini with the 17 rims and tell the dealer to keeps those for my car. That way i would have my Enkie's with new tires and my current OEM rims with Blizzaks. That works out best right?

The 2 tires i was thinking about were the Yokohama Parada Spec-2 or Yokohama S.drive
Thanks
