15x7 Rota RB will not Cooper S?!?!

Just got my Rota RB Rims. 15X7 +35mm offset. Test fitted one on the front axle and to my surprise -- it will not fit. The spokes interfere with the caliper. Am I the first that is doing this? According to my research, I am not. What am I missing here?

Please advice.

No I believe that's normal....the 15" version of the RB doesn't fit the front brakes without a 5mm spacer. Atleast I know that my friend who ran 15x7 RB's required 5mm spacers to fit the fronts.
