07 cooper tire recommendation

I have a Cooper with stock 15 inch wheels. Came with Continental tires. Great handling, but are wore out in just 18500 miles. I rotate on a regular basis. I would like to get a tire with better tread life but just as good handling as the Conti's. Can not find a direct fitment for 175/65HR 15 with good treadwear ratings. Been looking at Falken 912's or Bridgestone Potenza. Any advice on tire and size would be appreciated. I would like to stick as close to stock as possible. One tire shop told me that Mini could void my warranty with different size tires. No mention of alternate tire sizes in the manual.

HELP!!!

HELP!!!
Here are the replacements that I have researched for my own stock 15" wheels.

Michelin Primacy MXV4 Grand Touring All Season
185/65-15 $99 each 620 treadwear H speed rated 20 lbs each
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....l=Primacy+MXV4
Less rolling resistance, better for snow, light weight.

Alternative size
195/60-15 $101 each H speed rated (costs less than V speed rated) 22 lbs

Contact Alex@tirerack.com for more info

No need to use 175/65-15

Falken Ze-912 another good All Season solution but doesn't wear as long.
