Hey Guys I'm in the process of fixing up my set of scratched white s-lites and was wondering if anybody had the stock paint code for them? (it's not the same white as the roof)

I was planning on paint them a white with no-pearl to match the roof but then decided the factory color (pearl-ish white) would probably look better.

Any info or a close match to the stock pearl-ish white would be great!

Sooo... I'm guessing that the color "899 64706" "Miscellaneous Aspen White 02 - 08" is the wheels? or is that the roof color?

I see the code for the bright silver wheels but not the white ones......

 

After a bit of searching I found the Sherwin Williams paint code for "aspen white" in this thread, but no one confirmed that this is the code for the wheel color (rather than the code for the roof color).

My '07 justa is shown below. I'd like to match the factory wheel color of the OEM wheels when I replace them with ...



... these 1982 15x6 Ronals from my (long gone) 1980 Scirocco. The OEM wheels are now the "winter wheels" wrapped with Blizzaks (we get about 200" of snow every year) and the Ronals will have the summer rubber (Bridgestone RE960AS 195-60s, on order) when this year's snow melts. This month's project is to refinish the Ronals in the factory white color in time for spring.



I have two questions:

1) Can someone confirm the the Sherwin Williams "aspen white" color is the correct OEM white for the wheels (and not for the roof, which is clearly a different white, I think)? ... and ...

2) Does anyone know the equivalent PPG paint code? My local paint shop carries PPG. They might be able to do the conversion from Sherwin Williams, but it would be better if I could give them the PPG code. The PPG shop can make me rattle cans for this job.

Aspen white is the roof code, I also was looking for wheel color and ended up using the roof color, it is a little whiter than the original but looks good.

I used my PPG Efich to get the Aspen white, 899 is OEM code for roof,when you put in wheels all I can get back is silvers.
