Confused, 2002 mini S front brakes

The build date is 8/02 on the car. When did Mini start adding the brake sensors to the front and rear? TIA

My car is 9/02 as a 2003 model year and I don't have them. So, maybe early 2003 or later?

Concur

A 2002 doesn't have brake wear sensors.....they came later......
