Looking for answers.

So I have been wading through countless post today in this forum, have yet to find a definitive answer to a question. Forgive me if this is basic, but I'm not the wheel/tire guru.
I have 215/45/17 (bald) right now on S-Lites. I'm looking at getting a new setup that is 17x7.5 wheels with a 40mm offset and 205/45/17 tires. I am also lowered on H-Sports and have Alta control arms, but they are not yet installed. Will this new setup work, or will I have rubbing issues?
With my current setup I already feel like I'm awfully close to the fenders and in fact have had rubbing. But since I fixed my strut tower bushings that has not been a problem. Any help would be great. I go to look at the new setup tomorrow.

with 205/45/17 you're most-likely ok.

with 215/45/17 you might rub depending on your rear camber setting.
