18 inch Rims
I am looking to get 18 for my mini I just wanted to know where is the best place to get them I want 8 in front maybe 9 in the back I want the tires black but i want something very light???
What offsets do you plan on running to get 9's to fit? My guess is that you won't be able to find an offset that wouldn't rub without lots of trimming and tire stretch. Some people have run 17x9's but even that comes very close to rubbing and requires arch trimming.
For 18's, 8" width would definitely be your best bet on the R56. Honestly that or smaller, the OEM size is 18x7".

I have 17x7 right know the stock sport package deal but i want some 18x8 black with silver lip. They told me the lighter the wheel the faster the car will go because they weigh a lot they told me to go with the ssr but they seem really expensive are they good wheels?????
SSR's are good wheels and they do offer a nice light weight. Generally, 18's aren't really chosen for performance....they weigh more than the smaller wheels.

They are GREAT wheels, but i dont think there's any way they are performance oriented.
