Need new tires for my 02 Cooper! Help!

My MC has the 16" RF sports tires on the 5 spoke wheels. I love how they perform but when I do have to replace them I'd prefer not to pay the $189 each that the dealership wants. Anyone know of any options that would be the same as the tires I have now except not runflats?
The tires I have now came with the sports package on my 02 Cooper. They are Goodyear Eagle 195/55R16 87H.

How about better than your Goodyear Eagles and not runflats. Lower cost and better performance.
