TD Pro Race 1 with TPMS

Will Team Dynamics Pro Race 1 wheels work with the late '07 build tire pressure monitor sensors?

Thanks!

For anyone who has this same question, the official work from outmotring was that they are not compatible. They are working on making the wheels compatible, but it'll be a while...

Darn. I like those wheels, and plan on getting a set. Luckily I don't have any money for them yet, since you say the sensors won't work

sorry for the noob question, but why not? What prevents you from swapping your TPMS sensors from the stock wheel into the TD's? Do they not fit or something?

The TPMS sensors are a combination of the sensor/transmitter (inside the wheel) and the valve stem that is external to the wheel. The sensor sits in a notch inside the wheel near that bead where the tire seats. The wheels have to specially built to allow the new TPMS sensors to fit inside and still allow the tire to be seated properly without breaking the sensor.
