Thanks, they are a 2 piece wheel. I have seen other "dish" wheels that are only one piece with a polished lip.

those are M3 wheels.. i'd assume you could buy those from bmw, or maybe off of ebay..

 

e46 m3 fitments are very diffrent from Mini. Mabey a replica.
