Hawk Performance Brake Pads for R56

I sent a query to them a few weeks back via their website. The thread is below:

Query:

"Theres a whole community of owners waiting for pads to match our application. Can you tell me if we're even on the radar yet? We would all like a better product than OEM and nothing is on the market yet. Please tell me it won't be long now....please? Regards, Chris"

Response:

Christopher, The good news is we are 12-14 weeks away from having your pads. The bad news is we are 12-14 weeks away from having your pads. Please be an optimist as we are trying our best to keep up with all of the new applications that are arriving each week/month/year.

Thank you for your patience.

Jerry DeMarino
Director
Hawk Performance

Seems reasonable and at least we're on the radar. For me it's a year longer than I would have liked but as he says, there's a lot of new models to build for; I'm sure R56 is a small percentage of that.

I guess I will use the stock pads on my r56 brakes but sure does suck to have to wait 12-14 more weeks.
