speed ratings

whats the lowest you would go on a JCW (17" s lites)

would an H rated tire not be good? should i go with V or Z?

i want a tire in the 80ish dollar price range, something that doesnt have soft sidewalls that ill feel on turns, yet still have a good ride (compared to the stock runflats) and have GOOD tread wear.

im in florida, so no snow, just ran and sun!

depends on how you intend to drive. if just a commuter and some
spirited driving, H rating will do just fine. (ie: something like my Yok Avid H4)

if you intend to do lots of spirited driving, best you go with your
other choices.

The issue is one of liability in case of an "incident". If you put a HR rated tire on a car capable of more than 130 mph, then you may be liable for any legal problems and a tire installer may not want the liability of installing tires on a car that are not suitable for it. Further, you and/or the tire installer (which is their business) know this. Not a good idea.
