I'm wanting to trade my black 18 inch wheels and runflats for
a smaller size with non-runflats.

As far as I know, ALL of the JCW wheels (and only the JCW wheels) are 18x7.
There are three styles (including the new 2-piece ones that showed up with the R56) and one of those is available in either all satin black or polished face/black background.
If you want to "cheat" with a set of 17s, you can get the JCW wheel centers and pop them into the S-lites, R99s or Web-Spokes.
That's what I did.
