OZ 17x7 UltraLeggera
Alex,
Can you please explain more about wheel offset? What is the offset for MCS (R53) and what does lower or higher offset mean?
Also will the OZ 17x7 UltraL fit in MCS when combined with 205x45x17? or do you need spacers and change the bolts?
Thanks.

I've got the 17"x7" et37 oz ultraleggeras on my car with 205/45/17 michelin pilot exalta pe-2's.
Your question about the offset is a valid one. Typically you would run an et40 or et42 offset on the mini, most oem wheels are this offset. The Ultraleggeras big offset makes them an interesting wheel to mount tires to.
With a 205/45 you won't have any rubbing at stock ride height. You may rub once or twice on very large freeway dips but it won't happen more then once as the tire will wear away at the wheel well. You will also be ok lowered. I'm on hsports that are drop happy. I'd say i dropped about 1.4-1.6 all the way around. I currently have no rubbing but also have no room to spare. If I had 215/45's I would have to have done some serious trimming to make it fit.
Overall I like the wheels even if they are a pita for tire selections. The et37 offset really helps the stance of the car.

well your deciding factor should be the offset. with the td pr1.2s you can run a 215/45... with the oz's that would be a tight fit so with none-light trimming you are stuck with a 205/45 or 215/40.
Quite frankly they have about the same look and most "euro" car enthusiests would tell you that they are both played out. My vote is with the UL's as they are easy to clean and the offset makes your car look very mean.
