Right. I have a Black Jack one with a black frame and I know one of these days that piece is gonna fall off and im gonna cry because I paid over $50 for that plate border.
because your paying for a sticker , the frame is an ordinary $5 frame

If you're determined to overpay for a simple license plate frame and want black, perhaps do as I did buying this BMW genuine carbon fiber frame. It's of good quality and includes screw cover caps. IMO, much better value than a potmetal version with any logo:
