Ok, for the other morons like myself out there:
After uploading the pics to photobucket, click on the box just above the pic.
On the right of the webpage you will get a bunch of blue choice buttons. Click the last one ("Generate HtmL and IMG Code).
On the next page with all the wier looking code, highlight the third one down; the non-recommended one for message boards.
After 10 other attempts, that one worked. Hoorah.
