Yes, but I would give the springs a couple of hundred miles to settle first.

i would wait at least a week before going to get an alignment. this will allow the springs to settle a bit, and drop the car a little more. take it with a grain of salt.

Some owners report that after adding lowering springs their MINI works and feels fine. Yes there is more negative camber in the rear but if it is not more than -2.0 and if it is even on right to left and you don't mind the ride quality whatever it is then you don't have to do alignment right away.

However you can do alignment after any suspension upgrade that changes ride height. Partly do it to ensure that all is good and set with higher performance and safety in mind. Sometimes the right and left settings cannot be made equal after and upgrade. You can use front camber plates and rear lower control arms to give you maximum adjustability if these upgrades allow for that.

When I installed H-sport lowering springs my rear camber was about -2.2 degrees and ride quality was horrible. Very jarring, it rattled my entire front dash and all my tooth fillings. Once I had it aligned it was so much better.

Newer MINIs can allow for a little rear camber adjustment- 2005 or later using the lower rear control arm. 2007 MINIs can adjust a little front camber at the tower strut plate.

Even with a lowered MINI you can set alignment to factory specs if you have the adjustable suspension parts to allow for that. OEM specs will allow for best street handling, best comfort, and good tire wear.
