I purchased my Leda's from Racers Edge about 6 months ago, but when I called them today to schedule some additional work they told me that Leda had filed for bankrupcy and were currently in receivership. The Racer Edge folks were obviously really bummed out about this. I wonder how Mini Madness is dealing with it? (they sold a lot of Ledas as well)

Ledas are one of the few performance shocks with the adjuster on the bottom of the shock where it's easy to get to. This is especially important to Mini owners as most shock manufactures have the adjuster on the top of the shock, a location you can't get to in the rear of a Mini without removing the shock.

The sort of good news is that they supposedly have subcontracted out their repair work, so we're not completly in the dark if we need any repair work done.

Very sad news.....

 

It's great news if someone wants to buy the brand and IP!

Word is by mid April things will return to "normal."
