Consensus on rear stress bars?
I have to get rid of some of the understeer, or I'm going to put the car in the ditch.
So, a larger rear sway bar is to be installed soon. Any thoughts on the effectiveness of the rear stress/chasis bar?
Does it help induce more oversteer?

I'm thinking the rear seats may just have to go!
I have a Magnaflow muffler on the BMW and love it. But I will likely keep the stock on the MINI for a while.
So did you notice improvement in handling with the rear bar?

Rear Seat Delete Kit
Do a search - Rear seat delete kit - saves weight and drops something fairly useless anyway.
The kit I purchased came with a fiberglass platform to replace the rear seat - very nice.

The way the rear stress bar is designed, and how it attaches, does nothing but put strain on flimsy non-structural sheetmetal. If you take the rear panels off the interior you'd see for yourself that it's just marketing hype.
Do the rear sway bar, that'll help tremendously with dialing out push.
