Going from "plus" suspension back to stock?

I know, Im talking about going in the opposite direction of what most people want to do with their Minis...make them handle better.

I'm considering buying a Mini that has the sport suspension PLUS...I've never driven one of these, but since my new Mini will be my daily driver and I don't want to get too beat up, and since I think the stock suspension handles great, I'm wondering what it would take to un-do the sport suspension plus, and turn it into the stock suspension?

What would that cost? Can I do it in my driveway? Do you think I could sell the PLUS parts?

Thanks...
