Has anyone installed the new mini-mania rear sway bar? It's 19mm (same as mini madness) but is adjustable. Seems to me that this might be the way to go as you could get in-between the two set points? But it seems expensive as all mini-mania stuff seems to me.
Has anyone noticed that we (mini owners) pay much more for our performance parts than the rice rockets? I don't mind paying a little more but some of this stuff is twice as much. What's the deal?
I'm still intrested in the Hotchkis products and I've heard they should be out by now.
Randy?

I'm still waiting for a call back from Mark Hotchkis at H-Sport, but I have been told the launch was delayed slightly - to the end of the month.

The Mania bar is a bit pricey, but remember that includes new droplinks. Be careful what you wish for - those sliders can be tricky. I will try to get a hold of one of these bars soon and let you know what I think.

Right now, the market has the Mania bar, the Madness bar, and the RDR bar - with the H-Sport bar coming soon. There are also a couple of others coming soon. My basic thought is, any of these will work. Do you want black (stealth) - go with the RDR - which also has three positions but is a bit more money than the Madness; do you want the best price with obvious statement in red (not stealth) - go with the Madness bar; are you brand loyal to Mania or like the products they have had so far - go with their bar.

I'll try to put together a comparison of the different bars in the near future. Right now I just have an RDR and Madness bar - but I'll talk to Mania in the morning about the new bar they have. I should have the H-Sport set by the end of the month, so that would probably be the best time to check them all out.

Hope that helps!

Randy

Randy,

In another thread you mentioned the rear sway bar as Mod2 behind the CAI Mod1. [/B] What is the gain observed from the RSB? [/B]

I'll await your comparison of the current and new RSBs on this thread to help me make the right choice.

As always, thanks for keeping us MCOers informed.

Randy,

Have you heard about or seen the Racing Dynamics front/rear sway bar set with adjustable drop links?

Thx.
