But you're absolutely right, if you can deal with the scrapes and stiffness of suspension, you're stance does look AWESOME!! 
As for CASTER - not as crazy as Konky!! And no offense mate, Konky is probably not 200lbs+ either.
I have H-Sports and Koni Yelows waiting to be installed, just wondering how you like that set up? I'm itchin' to get them installed!! I plan on getting rear control arms as well...are you satisfied with the Helix?

but yeah, it's hard to run 15's and 16's with low profile tires without have the body of the car being pretty low. I ran into the same problem when I was running 16" Porsche phonedials, scraped like hell and wasn't satisfied with still how much wheel gap I had. For me personally, I think 17" is perfect for our cars.

Sorry mate, I didn't mean to make it sound like I was telling you/everyone you're fat. 
Cause you're right, 212lbs is not fat - probably avg. weight for your height.

Operation wise, they are good. The fronts had no issues going in, the adjustability is good but no clicks so you rely on base lining it then, counting how many full turns.
Honestly I'm considering some coilovers either the Bilstien PSS9, H&R non adj or maybe the M7 system. Anyone has any info or feelings feel free.
I've had the KONI"s on a little over a year.

Definately satisfied with the Helix control arms. They gave been holding up very well over the past year. The Koni's are "fine" but I have an issue with how the rears assemble. I finally figured it out but compared to other installs I have completed, the MINI for some reason likes to back off and loosen over time causing a "rattle" When this happens the hole in the hat (which you have to enlarge to fit the new piston through is elongated. So I reinforced both sides with a thick washer to take care of that and compressed the spring slightly so the system witll fully tighten. The KONI system as usual has a really small hex section to hold on to while you tighten the nut. Supplied is a nut and washer. Backed out. I then used a nyloc. Frigg'n thing backed out. Ok, next I tried loc-tite which I usually refrain from using since the mentioned hex is so weak. After all of this and realizing to compress the spring the tightening I could make sure the nut fully bottomed. Another mickey mouse thing is the way the metal stop is affixed. A small clip sits in a groove and this keeps the stop in place (for the hat, bushings, etc to stop against. Danm thing popped off and distorted the clip. KONI not suprisingly had plenty in stock and sent new ones to me quickly. Now the loosening thing occured with two other owners in my area so I am not unique. I'm curious to see if anyone else had this problem or has mysterious rattle or thump they ca't figure out where it's coming from.

I purchased the Koni's used, and one of the rears was in fact missing that metal nut or clip I think that you are referring to. Koni set me a new one. I definitely think I will have someone familiar with the install procedure do the install for me judging from your post. Is there anyway to be able to adjust the stiffness on the rears after they are installed on the car or do they have to be taken out everytime? And I assume the fronts can be adjusted while on the car?
My suspension knowledge is really limited so pardon my ignorance!
