RDR Adjustable Rear Control Arms Questions

Hello all. A few months ago I had M7 springs installed on my 04 MSC, the springs are great as is the ride. I had a 4 wheel alignment done on the car and it was brought just about back to factory specs- the car rides and handles great, but the tilted rear tires are starting to get to me- strictly from a cosmetic view. I am considering purchasing the RDR adjustable rear control arms to replace the factory lower control arms. The information that I have seen on these control arms mentions that "The arms are shipped pre-adjusted to stock geometry settings and assembled with anti-seize." So does this mean that I can just take off the old arms and install the new ones and start driving? Will it need an alignment again?
I am also interested in hearing from folks that have installed these. I have a jack/jack stands and a decent set of tools- installation seems pretty straight forward- jack up the rear, take off the old ones and install the new ones- right? Are they under any type of spring pressure or can they just be taken off- probably a silly questions but better to ask and be sure. Thanks in advance for your help.

I had the RDR arm's before switching to to H-Sport's to be STX autocross legal. You SHOULD be able to just switch them and have the same alignment you have now. I say "SHOULD" because RDR told me when I got mine that the OEM arms vary a little in lenght and that will change the alignment some but not something you couldn't drive on for a week or two until you went back in to get that rear camber changed anyway.

Mine were installed on a lift by my co-driver.

It's pretty easy...

But you may have to fight a bit, the spring is under tenseion, and there's a bunch of weight to the assembly. More a force of will than anything else. I did it with floor jack and jack stands. I don't remember if I undid one link or not. It was a while ago.....

About a 2+ on the 1-10 difficulty scale.

Thanks guys- still trying to decide if I should order these or not. The car handles and rides great. I am considering getting coilovers one day, so these would just about be required if I did get them. Hmmm.........
