i just came home from my mechanic who installed alta control arms, eibach springs, and koni yellow shocks

while i have not experienced them on full force (still settling), i can feel a difference already

the car seems to have better control, sure it is a bit bumpier than before, it feels more controlled, so it feels almost it rides better than stock

my konis are so far only quater turn in the back, and no turn in the front... i got an autox this weekend and it'll be a test for these imediately... i might start going harder though, as they are suprisingly comfy on rough toronto roads.. only place i had any problems is over the lumps and humps of the busiest street in my city

 

Which Eibach springs did you purchase?

 

these are pro-kit... tons of euro minis are running on these.. 1.0 front, 1.2 in the back.. i figure why not... since a rear biased spring can set weight slightly back... elminate somewhat the front heavy mini's weight weakness

and on the basis that my mechanic told me not to get the sportline...

 

If I remember, the Sport Line is progressive. Did you select your own spring rates?

i got the whole package from shox.com and they have the same combination for 775... probably the best deal i found around
