Have you contacted who you bought them from and/or the manufacturer?

Did you do anything to make the shock seize, and what brand/model is it?

FWIW, PB Blaster is much better than WD40 at getting stuff loose

I'm interested to know what seized; the piston doesn't move in the shock body, or you can't adjust the spring perch?

I 2nd the PB Blaster being the hot stuff

Yes, my very question Ryan.

This may sound a bit, well, farmish. Spraying diesel fuel on and in and around the perch threads and other parts before winter will help for sure. When the volatile portion of this fuel evaporates, a protective parafin residue remains. Farmers still use this technique today on equipment left outside for the winter.

Or, just lubricate these parts once or twice during the winter with any high film strength lubricant.

Yes I am.

lubing tends to loosen the seat locks which i would
not want to do on a coilover system. What I did was
clean the seat locks using some RC car nitro engine/
electric motor spray, then e-taped the coil. ive
never had one seize. that parafin protectant sounds
like a great idea.

Unfortunately, we see this all the time...that's why we favor KW

Normal routine would be soaking them in penetrating oil (castle thrust) and moving them back and forth...applying slight heat as well (not open flame, heat gun).

Depends on how much heat, but it could(?) possibly expand the gas and
any air that might be in there and damage the seals resulting in a leak.

How bad is the ride height on your car with that seized coilover?
might be eaiser to just corner weight the other 3 to match.
